Level 1:

Level 2:
- Bedroom 4: sleeps 2 (90x200), with shower room and WC, exit to balcony.
- Bedroom 5: sleeps 2 (90x200), with shower room and WC, exit to balcony.
- Bedroom 6: sleeps 2 (90x200), with shower room and WC, external exit to balcony.
- Bedroom 7 (children's room - mountain corner): 3 x 2 bunk beds, sleeps 6 (90 x 190), with shower room and WC.


Indoors & outdoors​ 

This 300 m² property is spread over 4 levels and features an elevator. 80% of the energy used to power it comes from renewable sources.
With its 7 bedrooms (including a children's dormitory), it can accommodate up to 18 people.
On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a ski locker, heated cupboards for ski boots, a bike room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
This level also offers a pleasant wellness area (with sauna, salt wall, halotherapy, 4-season sensory shower, music therapy, Hammam, ice cabin, flake misting, Spa).
Level 1 includes 3 bedrooms and a games room - meeting & conference room - video screens.
The 6 other bedrooms (including the children's dormitory) are on level 2.
Level 3 (under the rafters) features a large living area with lounge area (with sofas, fireplace and TV), dining area, fully-equipped kitchen (can be adapted by home chef on request and at extra cost), storeroom and guest toilet.


Staff & Services

The price includes :
- Welcome at the chalet,
- Sheets and towels, bathrobes and slippers,
- Beds made up on arrival,
- End-of-stay cleaning,
- During your stay, the chalet will be cleaned (change of the sheets-towels and make up of the beds),

- Local travel by car - FIAT 500 electric,
- 2 covered parking spaces at Belvédère N°38 and 39, additional outdoor parking available nearby.

The price does not include :
- Les Brévières outdoor public car park : To book directly with the service provider,
- Chef at home,
- Instructor or mountain guide,
- Ski passes and children's ski lessons (available on arrival on request),
- Roadbook for ski / car outings in Haute Tarentaise / Haute Maurienne / Vallée d'Aoste.
