This superb contemporary house in the heart of a vast garden of 10,000 m2 fully enclosed is located 10 km from the city center of Essaouira. It consists of a main house of approximately 1500m2 of living space, fully air-conditioned and an air-conditioned pool house, of approximately 150m2
The villa is perfectly equipped and offers in particular an infinity pool, a gym, tennis, a pétanque court.
House staff are on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

On the ground floor:

1 room for the nurse with TV with and skylight;

The Pool House:
1 bedroom of 20m2, bed of 180 × 200, plus private bathroom and separate WC.

A large and beautiful heated infinity pool is available to you. Its dimensions are 20m x 8m.
The pool house also includes:
- 1 sheltered outdoor dining room, open to the swimming pool
- 1 shower with WC, outside
- 1 ping-pong table and 1 table football
- 20 sun loungers
- 10 parasols

The gym includes 2 treadmills, 1 bicycle, 1 elliptical trainer, 1 rower, 1 weight table, 1 inversion table


Service and staff

The staff which consists of a steward, a cook, a butler and a gardener is accommodated on site.
Housekeepers take care of the premises every day.
