Indoors
The interiors combine classic elegance with modern comfort, combining bright, welcoming living spaces with state-of-the-art amenities. The main lounge offers panoramic sea views through a large bay window onto the veranda, furnished with comfortable sofas for relaxing moments. The adjacent indoor dining area boasts a well-equipped modern kitchen. On the other hand, the harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces is fluid, allowing direct access to the outdoor dining area, magnificently sheltered under two large canopies.
Outdoors
The exteriors are designed to enhance moments of relaxation and conviviality, with a spacious dining area shaded by majestic canvases and complemented by a brick barbecue that invites memorable outdoor grilling.
You can relax by the spectacular infinity pool (5 x 13m - depth: 0.3 to 1.5m), while admiring the sea. For those who enjoy games and entertainment, a table tennis table and table football are available, further enhancing the holiday experience.
The property has 2 parking lots, one above the villa, and another on the side of the villa. Up to 3 cars can be parked in parking 1 and 4 cars in parking 2. If you have a minivan, it is recommended to use parking 2.
Staff & Services
The price includes final cleaning and 2 light cleaning services per week.

Strategically located less than a kilometre south of the charming fishing village of Pendati, on Corfu's lush west coast, the villa enjoys a commanding position with panoramic 180° sea views stretching from north to south. Its location offers not only easy access to Corfu's idyllic beaches but also rewarding excursions into the picturesque lanes rich in local culture.
Notes :
- The use of floating mattresses/inflatable buoys is prohibited in the swimming pool.
- In the event of strong winds, you will be required to close the parasols.
- You will be asked not to stay inside the villa while it is being cleaned.
- When you enter with the car from the main gate, in order not to damage the car, it is recommended just only for the first time, to get out of the vehicle and check the position of the wall on their right, because going down the ramp it is difficult to see and often gets hit with the side of the car.

For the first time after many years of frequenting Corfu, we chose the west coast, discovering an unexpected paradise, who would have thought! Clean and tidy villa, breathtaking sea view, many taverns and beaches nearby. Recommended in few minutes by car the immense beach of Chalikounas, sand dunes and beach bars, fantastic!!
