Chalet CZP is a landmark chalet in one of the most desirable locations in the world : Zermatt. Set into the side of the mountain, it offers unrivaled panoramic views across the village and to the Matterhorn. No expense has been spared in creating Zermatt's ultimate and most luxurious chalet.
Bedrooms
The chalet has 5 superb bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Guests will enjoy the quality of the floors (walnut, Brazilian stone, Italian marble and porcelain), the comfort of the digital surround sound (for TV and music), the sitting and dressing areas with high-speed wireless internet connection.
In addition, each room (except the gallery suite) has access to a private terrace or balcony, with designer seating and coffee tables.
The gallery suite with glass roof is accessible by the spiral wood and stainless steel staircase. It is possible to enjoy an incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, and stars by night.
Like the rooms, the bathrooms offer a high level of comfort.
Guests will enjoy designer bathrobes and luxury linen, beautiful porcelain floors, designer chrome fittings with thermostatically controlled showers, chrome heated towel radiators and heated mirrors.
Note : the master bedroom has a private Jacuzzi.
Indoors
In addition to its perfect location and awe-inspiring views, Chalet CZP has been impeccably designed and built with outstanding attention to detail by internationally renowned designer and developer Paul Bowyer. Floor to ceiling windows maximize the views over the village and mountains.
Internally, the chalet offers five bedrooms all with en-suite showers / bathrooms and dressing areas, luxury open-plan living and dining areas and a fabulous wellness, boasting a stunning indoor / outdoor jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room. There is also an external cooking and dining area, a ski room and a walk-in wine cellar.
From the entrance it is possible to find the ski room (with ambiance lighting, digital surround sound TV, feature storage and heated boot warmers) and the walk-in wine cellar (with floor to ceiling glass wall and an extensive collection of fine wines and champagne).
Visitors will enjoy the open-plan design space, locally sourced natural stone flooring, bamboo feature wall combined with silver birch features, designer hand carved Matterhorn waterfall feature, nussbaum (walnut) floating wood staircase (with designer glass) and the lift (with granite stone flooring, wood and mirror clad paneling which provides access to all levels). The access to the mezzanine is via the spiral wood and stainless steel staircase.
The splendid dining room has an extensive dining table (designer feature chrome, glass and Nussbaum) and sculptured leather and chrome dining chairs for 12 people, as well as a buffet and bar. Its extensive handmade Murano crystal chandelier over dining area is sure to impress.
The chalet has a spacious, fully fitted luxury kitchen with an extensive range of Gaggenau and Miele appliances.
The living room, with double-height exposed timber ceiling, offers a high level of comfort and conviviality. It features digital surround sound for TV / video and music, an office/library/study area (with TV computer, Wii and extensive book) and a designer feature coffee table and open natural log fireplace. The ergonomic De Sede moving sofa allows you to take advantage of all aspects of living area. Ambient lighting design, incorporating handmade murano crystal light fittings and floor lighting alongside feature candles gives the place a warm atmosphere.
Guests can also enjoy the chalet's wellness area, which includes :
• Bespoke internal / external jacuzzi,
• Bio steam room with healing crystal and quartz clad walls,
• Dry Finnish and wet Swedish sauna options, with horizontal larch timbers,
• Self contained kitchen area with Nespresso coffee making facilities and water supplied daily,
• Relaxation area with designer chaise-longue seating.
Sliding doors expanding the wellness and terrace area. The wellness area is also equipped with a Bose audio system with surround sound (inside and outside) and ESPA care products are provided.
The gym is very well equipped. Sportspersons will find the following equipment : free weights, power plate, cross trainer, cycling machine, exercise mat and swiss exercise ball. It is also possible to benefit from the services of a personal trainer or a masseuse (optional).
Outdoors
Guests can enjoy the various balconies and terraces, from which it is possible to admire an incomparable panoramic view of the village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn.
There is also an entertainment area and a second outdoor covered kitchen on the terrace, perfect for year round al-fresco dining.
There is a steep winding footpath from the village centre, taking around 5 to 8 minutes. However, there is a lift access provided by the neighbouring 5* Omnia Hotel, which leaves you just a minute's walk to the private entrance of Zermatt Peak. You'll have a lift code for the Omnia Lift, which makes a 2 minute walk up the path to the chalet entrance.

Location
Chalet CZP is ideally located. The iconic Matterhorn towers overlooks the picturesque village of Zermatt, which remains one of the world's most popular ski resorts. The appeal of Zermatt lies above all in the wide range of alpine sports and activities on offer, as well as the quality of services available in the array of exhilarating sport and mountain activities on offer, coupled with the quality of amenities available in the village. Zermatt is as much about rest, relaxation and good times as it is about breathtaking ski runs and snowboarding.
To access the chalet, there is a steep winding footpath from the village centre, taking around 5-8minutes. However, guests will most frequently use the lift access provided by the neighbouring 5* Omnia Hotel, which leaves you just a minute's walk to the private entrance of Zermatt Peak.
The chalet comes with complimentary 24-hours chauffeur service, which will meet you at the Omnia Hotel entrance. This service is on hand to take you anywhere in resort. The Matterhorn Express, Gornergrat Station or the Sunnegga lift, can all be reached in a matter of minutes.
