Indoors
Main house:
You can enter in this first building via a large entrance hall. On your left are the first two living areas: a ceremonial salon (with traditional furnishings) and a small sitting room with TV and fireplace. On your right, you'll find the dining room, then the kitchen, which is fully equipped and decorated in a delightful traditional Sicilian style. It opens onto the barbecue area and outdoor dining area. Toilets are located under the staircase in the hall.
The second floor features a living room with fireplace and five bedrooms (each with its own bathroom.
Guest house:
It features 4 double bedrooms (one with its own entrance but also a sitting area, a kitchenette and a shower room).
Annex:
Two further bedrooms are located in an annex off the courtyard of the main house. Located on the second floor and accessed by a private staircase, they both have en-suite bathrooms.
Spa area:
A jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and shower await you in this veritable temple of relaxation, accessible from the courtyard. From a large bay window, you'll enjoy a pleasant view of the pool.
Small chapel:
Located next to the spa, this is the perfect setting for reflection or an intimate wedding.
Outdoors
The property is set in the heart of the verdant Sicilian countryside, where vineyards, prickly pear cactus and forests rub shoulders.
The beautiful roof terrace above the spa will quickly become your favorite place to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif!
From the courtyard, climb a few stone steps to discover this idyllic setting, where everything calls for relaxation: the deckchairs lining the pool, but also the small whirlpool that overlooks it!
You can also take advantage of the beautiful swimming pool (15 x 7m - with hydro-massage), located slightly away from the main building.
Then move on to the outdoor dining area (located between the pool and the main building). Sheltered under an awning, a large, high table awaits you for your outdoor meals. Just next door, the barbecue and summer kitchen (equipped with a traditional sink and wood-burning oven) invite you to enjoy pleasant outdoor cooking sessions.
The property also boasts several charming courtyards, equipped with armchairs and sofas. Sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
Staff & Services
The price includes a welcome pack, the services of a caretaker, daily maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, daily garbage collection, cleaning service twice a week, weekly change of bathroom linen, weekly change of bed linen (for rentals of more than one week), final cleaning and tourist tax.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as daily cleaning service, extra change of bed/bath linen, grocery delivery, wine therapy...
