Indoors
The inside of the villa is modern, tastefully decorated, with the best equipments for your comfort. The rooms are spacious, you have a TV lounge, the fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining rooms. The bay windows that give access to the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool let natural light entering inside the house all day long.
The bedrooms are all en suite and are very spacious.
Outdoors
The land offered by this villa is incredible : you have a very large and well kept garden, an outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs around it. If you wish to enjoy the Moroccan sun, you can eat outdise on the terrace on the outdoor table.
Personnel & Service
The price includes: electricity, water, gas, consumables (crockery, household cleaning products, toilet paper), sheets and household linen (changed once a week), maid service (9am to 5pm), WIFI internet, as well as garden and pool maintenance.
Other services can be provided on request and at extra cost: pool heating, golfette hire, spa treatments (hammam, sauna, massage, etc.), consumables and laundry services (cleaning, ironing), extra staff hours (5pm to 11pm), service of a cook (excluding the cost of shopping).
Location
The villa is located on the Fairmont Royal Palm villa resort. You can have a paid access to a golf course, tennis court, gym room and spa next to the villa.
