On the ground floor, visitors will discover a large and comfortable living room, a dining room with a large professional kitchen, a guest toilet, a laundry room and a master bedroom with a children's bedroom in its continuity, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor there is a third bedroom with private bathroom.
Another suite with bathroom is located in the garden and a 5th bedroom with bathroom and independent access adjoins the villa.

Guests will appreciate the large and beautifully landscaped exteriors.
In addition to the terrace and gardens, they can enjoy the villa's charming outdoor swimming pool.

The estate is located between La Croix Valmer and Sainte Maxime. Gassin is in the centre of the Saint-Tropez peninsula : less than 2 km from the centre of Saint-Tropez, the perched village of Gassin and the beaches of Pampelonne. The villa is also close to a golf course, a polo club, a tennis club and a cycle path that leads to Saint-Tropez in just a few minutes.
