Indoors
Built on approximately 500m², the mill offers a main house with a spectacular double living room with fireplace and dining area, where authenticity, aesthetics and character come together; a spacious kitchen and laundry room, close to the millstones and the large water wheels; and four superb en-suite bedrooms with bath/shower, including a master bedroom that opens onto a huge private terrace bathed in light. Each room is named after a variety of Provençal olives. Particular care has been taken to decorate the rooms, combining charm, personality, tradition, modernity and comfort.
At the back of the house, via a pretty passageway, there is a small independent dwelling with a fifth large bedroom with bathroom, a dormitory and a vast shaded terrace overlooking a small courtyard.
Finally, an independent annex with two double beds completes this exceptional property, allowing for an additional four people to be accommodated. In this annex there is also a bathroom, a shower room, a small kitchen and a lounge.
Outdoors
The mill is nestled in the heart of a landscaped park of 4500m² where there is a beautiful private outdoor swimming pool.
The numerous terraces, the dining area and the barbecue also allow the guests to enjoy the beautiful days.
A private car park is also available.

The Moulin Azur is located 200 metres from the ramparts and the medieval village of Vence, a real haven of peace close to all the amenities and tourist attractions of the region. Nice and its international airport are 30 minutes away by car, Antibes and its beaches 25 minutes, Saint-Paul-de-Vence 5 minutes, Cannes 40 minutes and Monaco and Italy about 50 minutes.
