The interior of the villa is an ode to luxury and conviviality. The interior design combines classic and modern touches, creating a warm and welcoming environment. 
The large kitchen, housed in the former wine storehouse, provides a functional and elegant space for preparing delicious meals. The vast living/dining room is the beating heart of the house, with a large table ready to welcome all your guests for unforgettable meals. A second lounge boasts a video projector, turning evenings into real cinema moments. The Wi-Fi fibre connection ensures you stay connected throughout the estate.


Outdoors 

The exterior of the château is simply enchanting. The heated outdoor swimming pool* (5 x 11 m - Depth: 0.8 to 1.8 m) is secure and invites you to take a refreshing dip. The wooded, landscaped grounds of more than a hectare are an explosion of greenery, perfect for leisurely strolls or fun activities thanks to the leisure facilities: table tennis, double petanque court and XXL professional wood-fired brazier with plancha (for up to 22 people).
The property has a large parking with a recharging point. The parking has 12 spaces and there is also a very large free outdoor parking nearby.

* The swimming pool is heated from May to September, weather permitting.


Staff & Services

For your events, a 100 m² reception room is also available (equipped with a video projector, sound system and bar), ideal for special celebrations in a unique setting (on request).
