Welcome to this beautiful holiday home on the island of Ré. Villa Pope is a traditional village house renovated with taste. Renovated in the last 2 years, with beautiful finishes, Villa Pope has been beautifully decorated and furnished in a contemporary style. The house is located in the center of the village, you can see from your window, the famous Bell Tower of Ars recognizable by its black and white color. You will understand, you are in the heart of the village with these shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, press ...) and you spend totally the car.
The charming village house of 100 m2 and a courtyard of 50 m2 can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a floor.
On the ground floor, the living room with its TV area (including English channels) and its modern wood stove, its dining room open to the kitchen, an independent toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath & WC) and a double bedroom with shower room & WC.
You can enjoy, in the sunny courtyard, family lunches on the terrace table or coffee in the small space provided for this purpose. Not to mention, the rooftop terrace offers a nice view on the roof of the village houses. The space is very cozy and pleasant at the cocktail hour or in the evening with its lighting, consisting of a bar table with 4-seater stools, 2 sun loungers and an illuminated sofa, an armchair and a coffee table.
There is another bedroom (sofa bed) in the courtyard (with another English satellite TV) complete with a shower room & WC.
An outside access at the back of the house allows to quickly reach the summer market.

- Cualquier modificación o anulación debe ser remitida por correo electrónico - Las condiciones de anulación se aplican en referencia a la hora local de la casa - El depósito de la reserva no se reembolsará en caso de anulación. - Anulación a menos de 45 Días antes de la llegada : 100 % del total de la reserva. - No presentado (No show) 100 % del total de la reserva
