The indoor living areas cover 270 sqm. The ground floor has 3 double bedrooms and a baby bedrooms and there is one double bedroom upstairs. There is another bedroom in a pavilion outside the main house. The living room is light-filled and has a fireplace. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the dining room and there is a play room for children (which is also a laundry room).
Outdoors
The sunny garden spreads over 1,200 sqm. You will find an outside table for dining al fresco under a roof and a small barbecue on the side. Children will enfoy the swing in the garden.
Location
Ideally situated between village shops and beaches, Villa Cilène is only a few hundred metres away from the centre of Les Portes en Ré village, an ideal location for a morning visit to one of the most typical fresh food markets of Île de Ré.
