Located at Seignosse near Hossegor, in the South of Les Landes region, the property stands between the ocean and the forest, in a preserved natural setting and 600 metres from the beach. The villa is facing the waves at the mythical surf spot of Gardians des Estagnots. 

The house can accommodate up to 12 guests in an exceptional setting with direct access to the beach.

Heated pool, spa, terraces, fully-equipped kitchen, large sitting room and dining room on the ocean side, parental suite and 4 bedrooms with bathroom and toilets, multimedia and household equipment are available.

40 sqm suite with panoramic view of the ocean equipped with a double bed 180 x 200cm, a balcony with Balinese sofa, a shower room and a private toilet as well as small office space with multifunction printer.
2 bedrooms each with a double bed (or 2 single beds) 160 x 200cm, a bathroom and private toilet

- Ground floor
Children's bedroom equipped with a double bed 160 x 200cm and bunk beds 90 × 200cm, a neighbouring shower-room with 2 showers and toilet.

Bedrooms are equipped with iPod base, coffee pot (except the children's bedroom), TV and air conditioning.
A spa with Jacuzzi, sauna, and massages are available on request.

Outdoors

The heated swimming pool is open from May till October and it is secured for the safety of children.
Villa Nature has two terraces of which one is covered...ideal to take advantage of the open air and the sun with family or friends!
Hammocks are available for small naps.
The West terrace is equipped with radiant heating for dinners at sunset!
