Indoors

The villa offers 4 bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom, television, dressing room, individual air conditioning, and terrace. You will have two large living spaces to gather, cook, and share. Two Nespresso coffee machines and a classic coffee maker are available for your convenience. Indoor Space: features a bohemian-chic style for a cozy atmosphere that favors natural materials (linen, wood, sheepskin, raffia, etc.) Outdoor Space: with a natural and rustic ambiance, this area will be your anchor point throughout the day.
For your relaxation, you'll enjoy a large pool secured by a rolling cover, a spa in the heart of nature, a zen area with a sauna and massage table, and a dedicated and illuminated zone for leisure activities.


Outdoors

Featuring a garden and a large pool (14m x 4m, depth: 1.45m), the property boasts pleasant outdoor areas for family or friends to enjoy playing beach volleyball or relaxing by the pool. Parasols and a pergola provide shaded areas, where you can savor cocktails at the Pool Bar while admiring sunsets and enjoy meals in the outdoor space shielded from the sun. An outdoor shower is also available. The terraces invite you to relax under the Nîmes sun or enjoy warm alfresco dining.
The garden includes one pétanque court.
The house has parking available for up to 5 vehicles, and the property is secured with a remote-controlled automatic gate.
