The combined living and dining room offers an ideal space to gather around a warm table or relax on the comfortable sofas. The adjacent open kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing memorable meals with family or friends.

The outdoor areas of the house offer a pleasant garden extending over 1100 m², and a soothing pine landscape surrounding it. You can enjoy two terraces, each with its own unique ambiance: one equipped with a summer dining area, a plancha grill, and an outdoor lounge opening directly onto the heated pool, and the other facing the golf course for tranquil moments. The pool (7 x 3.3m - Min depth: 0.8m and max depth: 1.60m) is perfect for cooling off under the sun, surrounded by loungers inviting you to relax.
