Kosa is a peaceful villa nestling in the heart of the Tsoukalia region on the island of Paros.
The house embodies the elegance of traditional Cycladic architecture, combined with modern amenities for exceptional comfort. Just a ten-minute walk from the beach, this pool house also boasts breathtaking mountain views.


Bedrooms

Room 1
Room, Ground level, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, hair dryer.

Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Mezzanine. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Note: bedroom 3 is a mezzanine (not completely enclosed) located on the living room level.


Indoors 

The interior of the house is carefully decorated in a retro chic style.
The lounge area, with its air conditioning and satellite dish, is a cosy place to relax. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped. It features a special tap that purifies water by osmosis, meaning you don't need to buy bottled water during your stay.
The dining area, just opposite the small kitchen island, is a convivial space perfect for sharing meals. 


Outdoors 

The house is set in a vast 7,000 square metre plot, planted with young olive trees, varieties of plants and a garden with a vegetable patch and aromatic herbs. 
There are also three terraced areas. The main one includes a small swimming pool (13 x 2m - Depth: 0.4 to 1.6m), a hammock and a dining table, making this area ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The other two terraces, located in front of each bedroom, offer sea views.
There is also a metal ladder leading up to the roof of the house, where two sun loungers await you to admire the deep blue sea. 
There is also a washing machine and an additional freezer outside.


Staff & Services

A gardener comes every other day to water the plants. The swimming pool is cleaned once a week.
The house also benefits from the daily services of a cleaning lady (who comes from 5pm). Sheets and towels are changed once a week.

Location

The house is ideally located in Tsoukalia, a peaceful area of Paros, perfect for those who love water sports and outdoor activities. Tsoukalia beach is just a ten-minute walk away, offering crystal-clear waters and ideal conditions for kitesurfing and windsurfing.
The charming town of Naoussa, with its shops, restaurants and bars, is around 7 kilometres from the house. Marpissa, a typical village with pharmacies, two supermarkets and tavernas, is just 2.5 kilometres away.
The best beaches of Paros are located on this side of the island, making this villa an ideal base for exploring.
The port of Paroikia is 17 kilometres away and Paros airport is 14 kilometres away, offering easy connections for your arrival and departure.
