Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also living area.

Room 3
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.  


Indoors 

The open-plan design of the living areas provides a direct connection between the dining room and the lounge. The room is furnished with a large sofa and a modern fireplace, creating a comfortable environment where you can freely enjoy the space and share moments in company, always surrounded by sunlight and the landscape from every angle. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern design. 

Outdoors 

The villa's outdoor area is the centrepiece of relaxation. It offers an outdoor lounge, a heated infinity pool and a jacuzzi for complete leisure in the midst of nature, the inhabitant is magically transported into a dream, captivated by the beauty of the environment. The large 8,000 square metre walled garden houses a 7mx14m infinity pool (equipped with a motorised roller shutter) as well as the jacuzzi framed by a custom-built stone paving, which offers a privileged view of the surrounding valley and the ancient town of Volterra, while providing unprecedented comfort.

On request and for an additional charge, a number of services are available, including a chef, yoga classes and daily cleaning.
